Leonidas

On day 5 we visited the site of the battle of Thermopylae with its monument to King Leonidas and the 300 Spartans. It is possible that all of history turned at this spot. This is what Leonidas would have worn for fighting and not the ridiculously awkward outfits shown in the movie.

I changed the picture and it gave him a little halo. Oh well.
