Sacramento Sheriff

I didn't have my camera with me and took this with my iPhone. These are members of the Sacramento Sheriff's Department in their summer outfits. Not exactly La bella figura.

And, yes, that means it is starting to feel like summer already.

This is a new landmark in Albuquerque called The Castle. Owned by the jewelry store owner Gertrude Zachary, it is a frequent topic of conversation in Albuquerque. They hate it, but don't you think it's kind of cute?
